This will include:

  • Develop an education focused enrollment strategy
  • Create customized communication materials
  • Create an on-site enrollment schedule
  • Finalize enrollment process timeline

Employees will receive information in advance of the enrollment outlining the benefit(s) available. This information may be provided in any of the following ways:

  • One page product flyers
  • Posters
  • Payroll stuffers
  • E-mail Postcards
  • Direct mail postcards
  • Employer endorsed letter

Our on-site staff will meet with all eligible employees to provide a detailed explanation of the voluntary offering as well as how it coordinates with their current employer provided plans.

During enrollment we will:

  • Coordinate and conduct on-site enrollment sessions
  • Create personalized enrollment illustrations for employees
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee and employer inquiries

Once the open enrollment has concluded, Premier will provide ongoing service to both the employee and employer.

Post enrollment services include:

  • Initial deduction file
